Chicago rehearsal space is generally in two categories, in lofts in the middle of nowhere or in cramped spaces with little room for equipment and the band. Our building has the best of both worlds.  

Located in the artist-friendly Logan Square, this former office building has tall ceilings and large layouts perfect for groups of any size and sound. We have a huge community area and three large studios for rent with plenty of outlets and plenty of space.
